  • Inspection and dismantling in Germany followed by a major overhaul of all units prior to installation in West Auckland
  • This included dry ice cleaning, air line, cylinders and operating system re-build, roller reclamation and drive motor reconditioning

Factory Relocation - Fintech

  • 525 man hours in five days
  • Relocation of two factory sites containing 22 separate machines to their new single site

Marine Propulsion - Ocean Trilogy

  • 200 man hours in 7 days
  • Re-alignment and lineboring of 100mm dia x 12 metre long propeller shaft bearing Bores
  • After trials the vessel achieved a 40% reduction in vibration and a 2% fuel saving
